以下是Jeanne Clery校园安全政策披露和校园犯罪统计法案(Clery法案)下的犯罪定义，并包括在本报告中. 这些定义来自联邦调查局的“统一犯罪报告”(UCR)。.  

1. 谋杀 & Non-Negligent杀人罪 — The willful killing of one human being by another.
2. 过失杀人罪 — The killing of another person through gross negligence.

    1. Forcible — Any sexual act directed against another person, forcibly and/or against that person’s will; or not forcibly or against the person’s will where the victim is incapable of giving consent. ii.
    2. Nonforcible — Unlawful, nonforcible sexual intercourse.

16. 家庭暴力 — Felony or misdemeanor crimes of violence committed —
    1. By a current or former spo使用 or intimate partner of the victim;
    2. By 一个人 whom the victim shares a child in common;
    3. 作为配偶、亲密伴侣与被害人同居或者曾经与被害人同居的人;
    4. By 一个人 similarly situated to a spo使用 of the victim under the domestic violence laws of the jurisdiction in which the crime of violence occurred; or
    5. 任何其他人对发生暴力犯罪所在司法管辖区的家庭暴力法或家庭暴力法保护的成人或青年受害者的行为.
17. 约会暴力 — 一个人犯下的暴力行为-

For the purposes of this definition —

For the purposes of this definition —
